Birth Preparation Antenatal Classes

"We would like to thank you for your preparation classes. We went home after every session feeling positive about the birth and what we were to face. The classes were extremely valuable for (husband) as it also gave him the opportunity to ask questions as he felt comfortable within the group." (mother of first baby)

The majority of couples coming to this Birth Preparation Course are planning a hospital birth with NHS care. They are designed to complement the classes the NHS offer. Ideally, I suggest you start the course between 30 and 32 weeks pregnancy, so you’ve finished by 37 weeks.

  • Answer your Questions
  • Overcome your Fears
  • Positive Discussion
